NG PC MASTER

/ Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 September 2026

This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you give us on ngpcmaster.com.cy. The short version: we keep nothing about you on this website — messages are emailed to us, and that is all.

Who we are

This website is run by NG PC Master, a gaming and PC shop in Cyprus. For anything about your personal data you can reach us through the Contact page, WhatsApp or Telegram, or by visiting the shop.

When you send us a message

The contact form, the "I'm interested" form on product pages and the "Build your PC" request ask for your name, telephone and email (city and a message are optional or as marked). We use them for one thing only: to reply to your request.

What you type is sent to us as an email and is not saved in this website's database. Once we have replied, the only copy is the email in our inbox, which we keep for as long as needed to handle your request and then delete.

Messaging us on WhatsApp or Telegram is governed by those apps' own privacy policies.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies for visitors and uses no analytics or advertising trackers, which is why you do not see a cookie banner. The only cookie in use is a login cookie for the shop owner's administration area, which is never set on visitors' browsers.

Services we rely on

A few technical providers process limited data (such as your IP address) so the site can work:

Hosting by Vercel (EU region) serves the pages; product photos are stored with Supabase (Frankfurt, Germany); emails are delivered by Resend.

Our forms are protected from spam by Google reCAPTCHA, which analyses browser signals when you use a form. This is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

None of these providers receive the content of your messages except Resend, which delivers the email to us.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Since we only keep your email in our inbox, this is usually as simple as asking us to delete the conversation. Contact us through the Contact page and we will handle it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus.

Changes to this page

If the way the site works changes — for example if we ever add analytics — we will update this page and the date at the top before doing so.
